I am an “out of network” provider for all insurance panels. While I do not directly accept insurance, I can provide a superbill for each session, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-pocket reimbursement.
Please see below for further details on insurance.

A superbill is a detailed invoice a healthcare provider offers that includes information about the services rendered during a session.
Please see the step-by-step guide to submitting a superbill to insurance.
In order to provide you with the highest quality care, I am not in-network with any insurance companies. Choosing a private pay option has certain benefits for you:
Insurance companies require that you meet “medical necessity” as well as specific criteria for a diagnosis of a mental disorder, which is often not needed or relevant to our work.
You won’t have a diagnosis label permanently attached to your medical record.
Your records are protected, which means that very personal information about you cannot be obtained by your insurance company.
Rather than your care being dictated by your insurance company, you and I can work collaboratively on a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs.
I will provide you with a “Superbill” (invoice reflecting the date of services, services rendered, and diagnosis) for you to request insurance reimbursement. You are responsible for determining your out-of-network insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs.
